刘正龙)9月10日，记者从省农业机械鉴定推广总站获悉：为充分发挥农机装备防灾减灾重要作用，积极应对“三秋”期间秋霖、倒伏等气象灾害风险，该站日前印发《陕西省2026年“三秋”防灾减灾机械化技术指导意见》，指导各地全力保障“三秋”农机化生产平稳有序开展。\n\n当前，陕西秋粮作物已进入产量形成关键期和防灾减灾窗口期，强降雨、渍涝、大风、干旱等极端天气风险较高，对玉米、水稻、大豆三大主要作物丰产丰收带来较大影响。《意见》围绕强降雨及渍涝、大风倒伏、高温干旱三类主要灾害，分别提出机械化生产技术路线。\n\n针对强降雨和渍涝，《意见》提出遵循“机械抢排积水、中耕散墒透气、植保防病减灾、履带机械抢收烘干”技术路线。陕南稻区、关中稻茬麦区机械开挖厢沟、腰沟、围沟，控制沟间距不超过20米；地表微干后采用履带式浅松中耕机开展8厘米至12厘米浅层作业，加速田间水分分散。\n\n针对大风倒伏，《意见》要求构建“前期机械控旺固株、中期机械扶正管护、后期专用机具低损抢收”的机械化一体处置技术体系。玉米轻度倒伏地块采用贴地分禾机型作业，中重度倒伏地块采用侧向、逆向收获，加长分禾尖、加装扶禾装置；籽粒含水率超30%的高湿地块采用果穗收获模式，收获后及时转运晾晒、烘干。\n\n针对高温干旱，《意见》提出依托节水灌溉机械、植保无人机、保墒耕作机械，构建全链条机械化抗旱技术体系。有条件的地区优先启用滴灌、微喷灌、水肥一体化设备，选择早晚低温时段作业，避免正午高温蒸发耗水损伤作物根系。\n\n《意见》还对分区分类机械化生产作出安排。陕北渭北春玉米区重点防范干旱和早霜冻，植株保持活秆、抗倒性强、病害轻的地块可适当推迟收获至10月底至11月初；关中夏玉米及大豆区重点防范秋霖导致机械无法进地和播期推迟，收获后需及时烘干或离地通风储存；陕南水稻区重点防范连阴雨和洪涝，备足烘干能力，确保成熟一片、抢收一片、烘干一片。\n\n省农业机械鉴定推广总站相关负责人表示，各地要结合辖区生产实际制定本地实施细则，加强宣传培训，确保各项技术措施落到实处，为夺取秋粮丰产丰收提供坚实的机械化支撑。\n\n责任编辑：梅镱泷\n\n相关推荐\n\n[中新视频](https:\u002F\u002Fwww.shx.chinanews.com.cn\u002Fzxsp.html)\n\n*
