魏依晨**\n\n油茶是我国重要的木本油料树种，油茶果初加工一直是产业提质增效的关键。9月17日，记者从江西农业大学油茶机械研究团队了解到，经过六年持续科研攻关，该团队成功攻克了油茶果初加工领域多项关键技术难题，实现科技成果向现实生产力的高效转化，以新质生产力赋能油茶产业高质量发展。\n\n![Image 9](https:\u002F\u002Fwww.stdaily.com\u002Fweb\u002Fgdxw\u002Fpic\u002F2026-09\u002F17\u002F582605_73833333-70ba-4cf6-b5ba-6b094e050793copy.jpg)\n\n长期以来，油茶果初加工存在油茶果破壳率低、破籽率高、籽壳分离不彻底、茶籽表面附有茶壳浆汁影响茶油品质、能耗高等突出问题，导致生产成本高、加工损耗大、茶籽品质不稳定，成为制约产业发展的共性难题。针对这一产业痛点，江西农业大学油茶机械研究团队扎根生产一线，系统开展了油茶鲜果初加工关键技术研究，在油茶鲜果破壳、籽壳清选等关键工艺与核心装备上实现多点突破。采用双重柔性破壳技术，提高油茶鲜果破壳率，大幅降低了茶籽破损率；采用三级组合式无损清选技术，显著提高了油茶籽壳清选率，茶籽品相好，表面洁净干燥，提升了茶籽的品质。更为重要的是，油茶鲜果加工技术可以最大程度地保留茶籽的活性营养成分，为优质油茶产品生产提供了高品质茶籽原料。\n\n![Image
