A wide range of community-oriented food practices, including community gardens, urban allotments, community kitchens, social supermarkets, surplus redistribution networks and more have been documented and theorized in the academic literature. Urban food sharing, understood here as collective acts across the food system, describes any activity that involves the sharing of food, spaces and stuff for the purpose of growing produce, eating and cooking, or redistributing surplus. Furthermore, food sharing encompasses not just organizational routines, but also social expectations, norms, symbolic values, and different ways of knowing and doing. This critical interpretive review collected and summarized peer reviewed research published between 2000 and 2023 to identify how the existing literature on urban food sharing attends to social norms across geographies. Our analysis uncovers ongoing tensions between competing normative demands—such as autonomy versus safety, efficiency versus conviviality, or charity versus solidarity—especially in non-familial, semi-public settings. Having identified gaps in the literature, we call for future research into food sharing to challenge normative blind spots by taking into account dynamics of care, the conflictual politics of food sharing initiatives, and changing social norms.","近几十年来，集体性的食物供给方式在农业食品研究和实践中日益受到关注。 ,null,"Frontiers in Sustainable Food Systems","2026-10-12T00:00:00Z","论文",10,false,0
"unclassified","2026-10-22.2","rules
[],true,"缺少足够的主题证据",[35,36],"城市食物共享 食物再分配 社会规范 社区菜园","城市食物共享 食物再分配","城市食物共享食物再分配社会规范社区菜园-4792","10.3389/fsufs.2026.1793922
"W7221530353",[42,44,47,50
Ana-Maria Gatejel
Oona Morrow","https://orcid.org/0000-0002-0434-8923
Lucie Sovová","https://orcid.org/0000-0003-2906-2144
Jessica Duncan","https://orcid.org/0000-0003-0511-0068
,"openalex","2026-10-13T23:30:06.824285Z
1,[64
2129,"Strengthening the six-dimensions of food security for new Americans: the political ecology of immigrant urban agriculture in the Twin Cities, Minnesota","https://doi.org/10.3389/fsufs.2026.1946965","Urban agriculture (UA) frequently employs agroecological techniques in order to farm suboptimal urban land with limited resources. However, less scholarly attention has been paid to UA’s impacts on the dietary patterns of marginalized groups like immigrants, which is important to study for political debates about the expansion and purpose of UA. In this study, we examine how different forms of UA affect food security and dietary diversity for immigrants in the Twin Cities, Minnesota. Using dietary surveys, food access questionnaires, and informal conversations, we determine that a simplistic definition of food security focused only on overall dietary diversity, caloric intake, and basic food access fails to reveal differences in these outcomes between UA and the control (non-UA immigrants). However, a multidimensional approach shows that UA helps immigrants access crucial micronutrients through fresh vegetables and can increase immigrant agency in the food system by allowing people to plant or eat culturally relevant crops and preserve their traditional food cultures. While this agency effect is stronger for community gardens, there is a tradeoff with availability here as farm stands can provide a wider variety of vegetables. Overall, this analysis shows significant potential for UA to substantially increase food security with increased land access, season extension, and by providing additional food groups, but this would require careful attention to place-specific dynamics, such as pressure from more profitable land uses in a growing metropolitan area, Minnesota’s harsh winters, and the unique mixtures of immigrants and cultures in a region.","城市农业（UA）常采用农业生态技术，以有限资源在欠优城市土地上耕作。
"classified
97,103,110,116
15,[100],"food security",[82,100],[82
"W7212122894",[129,131
Reece McKee
William G.
